सर्वोच्चमा पनि धारा १२७ !

२०६२ साउन १४ शुक्रबार
व्यवस्थापिका, कार्यपालिका र चौथौ अंग भनिने प्रेस जगतमा पनि संविधानको जादूमयी, जे गरे पनि, जसरी व्याख्या गरे पनि हुने धारा १२७ त लागिआएकै थियो, अब न्यायपालिकामा पनि यो धारा लागेको छ। राजाले नयाँ प्रधानन्यायाधीशको सिफारिश गर्नका लागि संवैधानिक परिषद्को बैठकको अध्यक्षता गर्न आजैबाट अवकाश प्राप्त गर्न लाग्नुभएका प्रधानन्यायाधीश हरिप्रसाद शर्मालाई आदेश बक्सेको छ। संवैधानिक परिषद्को बैठकको अध्यक्षता प्रधानमन्त्रीले गर्ने गर्छन्। अब देशमा प्रधानमन्त्री नै छैन त के गर्नु? यता ६५ वर्ष पुगेकाले वर्तमान प्रधानन्यायाधीश आजैबाट अवकाश प्राप्त गर्दै हुनुहुन्थ्यो। हिजो रातिसम्म पनि के गर्ने भन्ने अन्यौल कायमै थियो।
तर बिहान राजदरबार संवाद सचिवालयबाट आएको विज्ञप्तिले उही धारा १२७ प्रयोग गरी शर्मालाई नै परिषद्को बैठकको अध्यक्षता गर्न आदेश दिएको छ। यो धारा १२७ पनि गजब कै छ। धारा १२७ को जादूका बारेमा मैले पहिला पनि एउटा ब्लग लेखेको थिएँ। यहाँ छ, हेर्नुहोला।

  2. The king knows how to ridicule the constitution! Girija babu, do you still say that the achievement of 2046 was equal to everyrone, the people, king and pancha, too? Anyway, whatever the king is doing, its an indication of the end of Royal institution from Nepal sooner or later….
