He wants a small and rich family in the world. I mean before they were big families, the dead King Birendra's falilies, the dead Prince Dhirendra's families and the royal annual expences was Nrs 11 Arab (bilion) but now the one royal family and annual expences Nrs 63 Arab (billion). It's too fantastic matter, where in remote part poor people never get fever's medicine Cetamol and Jiban jal after they die.
