सात दलको सभाः कहिलेसम्म यस्तै ताल ?

मध्यरातको १२ बजिसकेकोले मैले डेटलाइनमा पुस १ लेखेको हुँ। तर ननिदाएसम्म दिनभरका घटनालाई आज नै मान्ने मेरो आफ्नै सिध्दान्त रहेको छ। त्यसैले लेख्दा भने आज नै लेख्दैछु। आज सात दलको सभा छ भन्नेबित्तिकै मैले डिसेम्बर २ को एमालेको जनसभामा उर्लिएको जनसागर सम्झिएको थिएँ र सोचेको थिएँ- एउटा पार्टीले गर्दा त त्यत्रो मान्छे थियो भने झन् सात-सात वटा दलले गर्दा कति मान्छे होलान्……
तर मेरो आशा माइतिघरमा पुग्नेबित्तिकै निराशामा बदलियो। त्यहाँको जुलुसको नेतृत्व नेपाली काँग्रेसले गर्ने पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम थियो। तर त्यहाँ मान्छेको उपस्थिति भने मैले सोचे भन्दा निकै कम थियो। काँग्रेसजस्तो पार्टीले जम्मा त्यति मात्र मान्छे उतार्नु पक्कै पनि उसका लागि गर्वको विषय नहुनु पर्ने हो। कम भन्नाले फेरि सार्है कम पनि नसोच्नु होला। मैले आशा गरे जति थिएनन् मात्र भन्न खोजेको हुँ।
भरे कुर्सीमा बस्नेहरु यिनै हुन् तर यति सडकमा बस्न पनि यिनीहरुलाई कम्ता गार्हो भएन।
त्यसो त गौशालाबाट निस्केको जुलुसको नेतृत्व गर्ने एमालेले पनि अस्तिको जस्तै मान्छे सडकमा उतार्न सकेको थिएन। अस्तिको भन्दा आधा पनि होलान् कि नहोलान् मलाई त शंकै लाग्छ। अरु पार्टीहरुले तीनकुनेबाट जुलुस निकालेका थिए। तर उनीहरुका पनि त्यति मान्छे थिएनन्।
सबै पार्टीका मान्छे मिलाउँदा भने दसौं हजार थियो। पक्कै पनि मान्छे धेरै नै थिए। नयाँ बानेश्वरको चोक पूरै भरिएको थियो। तर, पाँच लाख जनता सडकमा उतार्छु र सुनामी ल्याउँछु भनेर फूँइ गर्ने दलहरुले कम से कम अब भने सडकमा मान्छे उतारेर देखाउनै पर्छ। आजको भीड कम थियो भन्न खोजेको हैन, पुगेन भन्ने खोजेको। सँधै बानेश्वर चोक भरिने मान्छे उतारेर तीन घण्टा उही राजालाई नानाभाँती गाली गरेर थोत्रा भाषण सुनाएर केही हुनेवाला छैन। अब त निर्णायक आन्दोलनको तयारी गर्नु पो पर्छ त। तपाईँहरुले भन्नुभए जस्तै पाँच लाख जनता सडकमा उतारेर रत्नपार्क कब्जा गरेर २४ सै घण्टा त्यहाँ धर्ना बस्ने कार्यक्रम ल्याउन सक्नुपर्छ।
यो उपत्यका बन्दको फोटो हैन, जुलुस आउँदा खाली भएको बबरमहलको सडक हो।
हैन यी एमालेका महासचिव माधव नेपाललाई किन यत्रो विधि सुनामीको मोह चलेको ? जता भाषण गर्दा पनि सुनामी ल्याउँछु भनेका छन्। आज पनि सुनामीको गफ छाँट्न छाडेनन् उनले। पहिला आन्दोलनको ज्वारभाटा त ल्याउनुस्, सुनामी त धेरै परको कुरा भयो।
पाँच लाख मान्छे उतार्ने कुरामा सहकर्मी ब्लगर नेपालका ब्लगर केपी ढुंगानाले सटिक टिप्पणी गरेका थिए- हात, खुट्टाका अौंला अनि टाउकोसमेत गनेर पाँच लाख पुर्याउने भनेका होलान् ! साँच्चिकै त्यस्तो नहोस्, दलहरुलाई कामना।
अनि सात दलको सभाको अर्को आलोचना गर्नुपर्ने विषय भनेको सशक्त आन्दोलनको घोषणा गर्न डराउनु हो। आजको सभामा माघ २६ गते राजाले गराउन लागेको निर्वाचन सशक्त बहिस्कार गर्न कडा कार्यक्रमको घोषणा हुने अनुमान गरिएको थियो। तर आज पनि अहँ….त्यस्तो केही भएन। बरु माघको ६ हो कि ७ गते नयाँ बानेश्वरमा नै अर्को सभा हुने रे यस्तै, त्यसैमा हुने होला। हिजोको नगरकोट कान्डले भने सभालाई साँच्चिकै मसला दियो। उपत्यका बन्दको घोषणा सभाबाटै भयो। सबै वक्ताले उक्त कान्डको निन्दा गरे। सभाको सुरुमा नै एक मिनेट मौनधारण समेत गरियो।
मौन धारण गरिरहेका नेताहरु।
सभाको अर्को दिक्कलाग्ने विषय भनेको भाषण थियो। भाषण त ठीक्कको गर्नु नि। माइक नपाएका नेताहरुले भाषण गरेपछि छाड्नै नमान्ने। संयुक्त वाममोर्चाका कृष्णदास श्रेष्ठको भाषण त्यस्तै थियो। स्रोताहरुले बारम्बार अनुरोध गरे र गाली पनि गरे। उनलाई भने वास्तै थिएन- पट्यारलाग्दो, दम नभएको भाषण गरेको गर्यै ! सभापति तीर्थराम डंगोलको भाषण पनि उस्तै पट्यारलाग्दो थियो। नेताहरुलाई निश्चित समयको बन्देज लगाएको भए हुन्थ्यो। तर जति बोले पनि हुने बनाइएको जस्तो लाग्यो।
वयोवृध्द भए पनि र मसिनो स्वरले बोले पनि भाषण भने काँग्रेस सभापति गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला कै दम थियो। उनले विदेशीले जे भने पनि नसुन्ने गरी आफू बहिरो भएको र आन्दोलन बाहेक केही नदेख्ने गरी आँखा कमजोर भएको बताए।
संयुक्त जनमोर्चाका अमिक शेरचनले चर्का कुरा गरेर ताली बढी खाए। मरिसकेका दीपेन्द्रलाई हत्यारा घोषित गरिएको भन्नेदेखि नगरकोट हत्याकान्डलाई दरबार हत्याकान्ड कै दोस्रो भागको संज्ञा दिए उनले। नेमकिपाका नारायणमान बिजुक्छे (कार्यक्रम सञ्चालक रामेश्वर फुँयाल बारम्बार बिजुक्छेको सही नाम उच्चारण गर्न नसकी बिजु क छे भनी हाँसोका पात्र बनिरहेका थिए) ले भने सात दलको सभामा सात दलबीच कति विवाद छ भन्ने कुराको प्रमाण दिँदै थिए- संविधानसभाको विरोध गर्दै।
माधव नेपालको त माथि नै कुरा गरिहालेँ- उनको आँखामा पनि गिरिजाकै जस्तो सुनामी चढेको जस्तो छ- जहिले पनि सुनामी। तर उनले पनि चर्का कुरा गरेर ताली निकै पाए। रक्षामन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्रीले नैतिक जिम्मेवारी लिनुपर्छ हत्याकान्डको भनी उनले भन्दा निकै ताली बज्यो।
कार्यक्रम सकिएपछि नयाँ बानेश्वरको त्यो चोकमा बदामको बोक्रा र कागज यति धेरै थियो कि त्यसबाट पनि त्यहाँ कति मान्छे थिए भनी अनुमान लगाउन सकिन्छ।

सात दलका नेताहरूले मुखले राम-राम बगलीमा छुरा गरुञ्जेल जनताले मनदेखि साथ दिने छैनन्। माओवादीसँग एकातिर लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रका लागि सहकार्य गर्न १२ बुँदे सम्झौता गर्ने अर्कातिर सेरेमोनियल मोनार्कीको कुरा गर्ने भएपछि यिनका जुलुसमा जनता किन जाउन् त?
यी नेताहरूले किन टपरा फालेर जनतासँग इमान्दार हुन सकेका छैनन् भने १२ वर्षसम्म गरेको कुकर्मले यिनलाई पोलेको छ। कतै भोलि माओवादी हिरो बन्ने पो हो कि भन्ने डर यिनमा व्याप्त छ। त्यसैले भटट विक्रमले संसद् पुनःस्थापना मात्रै गरिदियो भने पनि यिनीहरू फेरि जनतालाई धोखा दिन तयार हुनेछन्। चुनावै नगरी फेरि प्रधानमन्त्री, मन्त्री, सांसद बन्ने पाइने भएपछि के चाहियो यिनलाई?
यिनका मनमा प्रजातन्त्र छ? हाल कालकोठरीमा सडाइएका देउवालाई ३ वर्वअघि फर्किएर संझिनुस् त। भटटको लहेलहैमा लागेर जंगबहादुर बन्ने सपनामा संसद भंगमात्र गरेनन् पार्टीलाई पनि फुटाए।
सात-दलवालाहरू सच्चा प्रजातन्त्रवादी भएका भए हिजो मोका छँदै संविधान संसोधन गरेर सेनालाई निर्वाचित सरकारको पूर्ण अधिनमा ल्याउने थीए, प्रधानमन्त्रीले चाहेका बेला संसद भंग गर्नपाउने गाईजात्रे प्रथा बन्द गराउने थिए, सरकारी स्वामित्वका सबै संचार माध्यम निजीकरण गराउने थिए, कानूनी शासन लागू गराउन तोक-आदेश प्रथा बन्द गराउने थिए, पुलिस र कर्मचारीलाई राजनीतिकरण गराउने थिएनन्, आदि।

Royal Palace Massacre and Nagarkot Massacre
Both incidents in Narayanhity Durbar and Nagagrkot Barracks have many things in common. Everybody in Palace or Army barracks can reach to the most dangerous man killing weapons and kill anybody at anytime. Nagarkot has a military training camp.Royal Palace has Royal army barrack.Official news from the army said it was mistakenly killed. We all know that it is 100% lie. and 150,000 Rps compensation news came quickly this morning to milder the news and to calm the family and nepali people. This amount money is almost negligible to this family at this time. This is not a cow slaughter. You can buy a next cow with this money. But the families cannot make living from this money.The families depend on those people who died. 150,000 Rps is nothing. Royal family spends this amount money on shoe polishing.
First all responsible people must resign from their posts including king as commander in chief of Royal Nepal Army.
All army camps should be moved to 10 to 20 Kilometers out of reach of local settlements.
Very important question: What about other armymen and the royal family members.
We cannot believe that we are safe. Paras is still using drugs and using firearms in hotels, discos and Pokhara Basar. He is threatening even his collegues CDO´S and police officials. Who believes that he will not use those guns on them proving that he is a incarnation of UDAYA HUSAIN.
Nagarjun Summer palace and its security army barracks must be removed from nagarjun jungle.
Those murder of two foreigners a french and a german nationals made a big question marks on Nagarjun security army men.But there has been a lot of such inceidents sexual physical abuse with local nepali people in Balaju area. They all know it there but they do not dare to talk about this subjects.If they do, there might be a another guy staying in front of your door with such guns.
People there in Balaju are scared to talk about this subject.
Royal army must be changed into nepal army without the king as a commander in chief. Prince Paras should go to drug rehabilitaion course and join medaitation classes instead of gun shooting courses.
Royal Nepal Army should be changed into Nepal Ármy.

I really hate the word SUNAMI. I do not know whether our leader know the real meaning of SUNAMI or without knowing they are shouting it.. SUNAMI is a distruction and it will sweep away not only king but also the people so please Madhav use proper word when you deliver the speech. Also i request our leader to prepare themselves when delivering a Bhasan. Make your speech short and effective…

I totally oppose Bishnuavtar. I think he is a filthy person who does not know the history of Royal Nepal Army (RNA). If RNA would be changed into just Nepal Army then it would represent chor politicians. Then, it can be misused by Girija, Madhav or Ramchandrey, so it should be as it is. RNA is an institution like monarchy, both of these are not amendable. These are not like political organisations which always change according to foreign intervention, power and bribery.

The seven party leaders are not bringing any effective strategy towards acieving goal via peoples movement. girija and madhav kumar nepal like leaders are still looking an opportunity to negotiate with the current regime. I striongly believe that if the king restores the parliament these leaders will race to the palace to win the chair. They forget all about the current slogans and speeches they have delivered in the mass meets. They know well that when people land to the road they can not lead the peoples movement headed toward republic of nepal. The movement will give birth to new leader via movement. This movement must be continued unconditionally until republic of nepal is established.

I think is only Two Political Party are stablished in Nepal now Nepal will be a greatest countries in this Asia. but we have many many(exactly i don’t know aproximately 170) Political patries are here in Nepalese Politics.This is too much because you know who don,t what is Politics he is a Leader of their parties but i know why they are this much interested to be a Member of Political Parties is to be very rich in very short period (this is just for Corrupt Leader)ani kasari hunu desh bikash ????????
If there is only two parties are in Nepal this would very competetive between them to Develop this Countries…
but now contrary of above sentences they have competetion of Corruption..
