ती बिचरा लोकतान्त्रिक स्रष्टाहरुले के त्यस्तो अपराध गरेका थिए र उनीहरुलाई त्यसरी दमन गर्दै गिरफ्तार गर्नुपर्थ्यो ? उनीहरु कवितामात्रै त भन्दै थिए। त्यहाँ केही उग्र प्रहरीहरुले स्रष्टाहरुमात्रै हैन, पत्रकारहरुलाई पनि दुर्व्यवहार गरे। पत्रकार टंक पन्त र प्रकाश सिलवाललाई भ्यानमा कोचे। साथी मणिले समेत एक लाठी खाएछ। देउडा गायक नन्दकृष्ण जोशी “हामी तपाईँहरु कै लागि संघर्ष गरिरहेका छौं” भनी प्रहरीलाई सम्झाउँदै थिए। कठालो समातेर भ्यानतिर तानिँदै गर्दा लोकतन्त्रवादी कवि अर्जुन पराजुली कराउँदै थिए- कुनै घरको भित्तो फोरिएन, कुनै बैंक लुटिएन, कुनै मूर्ति चोरिएन…स्रष्टाहरुमाथि लाठीसमेत बर्साइयो। भिडियो ब्लग हेर्न भित्र आउनुहोला।
यो भिडियो आज खिचिएका भिडियोहरु मध्ये हतारमा छानिएका केही अंशमात्र हुन्। पूर्ण अंशका लागि मेरो संसार हेर्दै गर्नुहोला।

च्याटमा भेटिएका केटिभीका मित्र दीपक भट्टराईले १ बजे नयाँ बानेश्वरमा लोकतान्त्रिक स्रष्टाहरुको कार्यक्रम छ भनेर जानकारी दिएपछि म त्यता लागेको थिएँ। नयाँ बानेश्वरमा नै भेट्ने भनी मणिले भनिसकेका थिए। स्रष्टाहरुले सडक पेटीमा नै उभिएर कार्यक्रम गर्न लागेका थिए। ५० भन्दा बढी स्रष्टाहरुको भेला थियो त्यहाँ। नीनु चापागाईँको सभापतित्वमा यो सभा सुरु भयो। कविता वाचन हुँदै थियो, प्रहरी हस्तक्षेप गर्न आइपुगे। उनीहरुले ब्यानर खोसे। केहीलाई गिरफ्तार गरी लगे। उता फेरि अर्को कविता वाचन भयो।
कविता वाचन गर्दागर्दै पक्रिएका कवि समातिँदा पनि कविता वाचन गर्दै थिए। कठालो समातेर भ्यानतिर तानिँदै गर्दा लोकतन्त्रवादी कवि अर्जुन पराजुली कराउँदै थिए- कुनै घरको भित्तो फोरिएन, कुनै बैंक लुटिएन, कुनै मूर्ति चोरिएन…। त्यहाँ प्रहरीहरुको पनि दोहोरो मनस्थिति थियो। कोही यत्तिकै हस्तक्षेप गर्न तयार थिएनन्। कोही भने वासुदेव थापा प्रवृत्तिका प्रहरी थिए। बिनसित्तिमा आक्रोशित हुने यी प्रहरी जवानलाई कोमाथि केको रिस हो कुन्नि। उनैका कारण पत्रकार टंक पन्तमाथि दुर्व्यवहार गरिएको थियो। यी जवानका हातमा लाठी हुँदा त यस्तो छ भने बन्दूक हुने हो भने कस्तो होला ? केही प्रहरी भने मनले नदिँदा पनि कर्तव्यका खातिर गिरफ्तारी गर्दै थिए।
वास्तवमा त्यो कार्यक्रममा हस्तक्षेपको कुनै तुक थिएन। मुसाप्रवृत्तिका मान्छे गृहमन्त्री भएको देशमा योभन्दा बढी अन्यायको हद के हुनसक्ला ? त्यहाँ शान्तिपूर्ण रुपमा कविता वाचन गरिएको थियो, कसैले ढुंगा हानेका थिएनन्, नाराबाजी गरेका थिएनन्। तर बदलामा उनीहरुले स्रष्टा र स्रोताहरुमाथि लाठी बर्साए। निरंकुश सत्ताका भाटहरुले यस्तो कार्यलाई कसरी जस्टिफाइ गर्न सक्छन् ?

i read this news and saw that video which is full of antiking protest and symbol of present contest of nepal.every movement of our country was burning day by day so it is most thininable matter that the king how cruel and unresponsable person ?

If we’re all blaming Gyane then why are we killing Policemen and RNA hawaldaars. The poor people are just doing their job and keeping their orders. Yes, they should not follow their orders- then why don;t you plan to hit, bomb Gyane’s car, Parase’s car. You have not even hit their van with some pebbles - that all you can do and tell me that this is kali-yug. Kali yug has bombs, hand grenede…is that what you want to hit towards policemen - I am just giving Nepalese advice not tokill each other but get the right-person from the under-ground maphias and chors from the palace…then I will call you Bir, Baadur, Kaliyug-ko parakrami Krantikari - Desh Premi…
Did you did my point, yet? Look at the people chanting- Gyane Chor-Desh Chhod and fighting with para-military. Oh you may say that- because they’re in the front line - first we have to wipe them out to go to the main chor…!
My fellow Nepali, don’t have the day dream of touching Gyane so soon. He is the Chorko sardar…you think he will come out of the musako-hole so soon. That leaves you an option of killing all these RNA to reach him, What a stupid idea. You’re supporting the war and even worst than Maiosts and RNA - you don’t even have any convictions and law and order…?? Wake up Nepalese, soon ? Chanting some krantikari poems and arguing with policemen and tear-gas are not enough - use your brains and ready to fight a different war ?? NON-VIOLENCE, NON-PARTICIPATION, Learn from Nalapaniko Yuddha with British. Cut the PANIKO MUL - embrace RNA;police force them as your supporters…divide them soon before a catastrophy happens…I love my innocent people.

Its really a ridiculous behaviour of some Police person.
The armless poets are so inhumanely treated that every person pour sympathy and make salute to them. One police man i marked here to be more aggressive is the one who in the previous clip was much more aggressive.
Any way if the Leaders have determination to bring republic status which is the utmost for the present context it will certainly comes. But still i doubt these silly leaders which at the time they have so called power hiddenly controlled by palace they were fighting for those useless power. Now I request those leaders please fight till the costly monarchy is dumped.

हिजोको कार्यक्रममा जनसहभागिता तथा स्रष्टाहरुद्धारा लोकतानित्रक पक्षमा वाचन गरिएको कविताले सरकारको मानसपटलमा प्रभाव पक्कै पर्नेछ । आशा गरौं लोकतान्त्रिक सरकारको हाम्रो देशमा वहाल हुनेछ । निरंकुश सत्ताको लामो आयु छैन अव। प्रहरी दमन कतिसम्म हुने हो यहाँभन्दा वढी।

Its good to hear sth what is happening in our motherland day to day via media through ur great effort. The main point here to address is why we nepalese don’t understand there is nothing positive output fighting each other. If u look back during democratic ruling most of the times Girija was the head of the nation what a unfortunate when King Birendra was killed, I heard the news from international media, he himself was not aware of the matter. Just take ur time and think such an incapable person can do better for our nation if u asking me he never can do anything except destroying the nation. His is the first person who created situation eventually he splitted his party. Have u ever thought of why he did that just for power. Its vivid that Sher Bhadur is the one who referred for the dissolve of the parliament and king just accepted it what the democratice head of the nation says. We need to understand this point. Political parties mostly congress party (NC) and others too are responsible for this situation. So we should first think alot before blamming someone like King. Police are helpless they have to obey what state says its like nuna ko sojho. I remember once article from maoist leader Babu ram bhattarai was published in kathipur was about king. Girija sent the editor to the jail and banned any publications related to king which demoralised kings status. so if u look what we had in democratic time that is also happening now it means we did not have democracy in our country since 2017 until now. We nepalese haven’t understood what is real democracy and its taste how it likes. we need to change ourselves in thinking, behaving etc. otherwise we never have any democratic system theoretically we have had but practically we never have had any democracy in our country so far. How we choose the leader simply on lobby basis we never review who has done what they promised to do in the favor of nepalese people. Our politicians are most corrupted so I have no hope from them for they could do sth better for the nation except taking care of themselves look at some communist leader (modanath)who used to write poem cigagrate cover when they were in jail how they have five storey building named gauthaliko ghar what a unfortunate. So we should not blind support politicians while casting votes we need to choose someone who is very talent and really motivated to do sth for the nation. I think we are the one we should be balmed since we cast the vote.
Finally, killing each other gives nothing for us. we need to cultivate love for sth to do better. That what we burning need for our nation.

Sujan, Gyane is that proud nepali .. man.. and that’s what he is trying to do.. take over satta and make nepal peaceful heaven… by killing everyone.. lol … he wants to be Indra… always cruising and having gala time… Next in line is Prachanda… trying to make nepal Heaven…They will ofcourse bring peace… but… murda shanti.. too late… rule the country with no people… therefore, let’s get united and fight for freedom…

The autocrat, Gyanendra Shah has imposed yet another emergency decree to suppress the freedom and fundamental human rights in Nepal. The Hundreds of political, student, and civic leaders have been either put in Jail or confined to a house arrest. This comes immediate after the government of Gyanendra completely ignoring the Maoist’s unilateral ceasefire. Instead of taking advantage of the Maoist’s ceasefire and reciprocating with their own for a genuine peace, the illegitimate regime has decided take a confrontational path, which everyone believes is going to bring more misery to Nepalis for a longer time to come. Gyanendra’s one year direct rule and three years rule from behind the scene has clearly shown that this man has no intension of restoring peace and democracy and improving the lives of the Nepalis.
Therefore, hundreds of thousands of people have been risking their lives in Nepal and telling him enough us enough. In recent months, more than one hundred thousand people have come to the street of Mahendra Nagar, Butwal, Janak Pur and Kathmandu, to oppose his direct rule.
Had he not imposed the curfew and put hundreds of leaders in Jail, by some estimate, a half million people would have participated in the street protest on Jan 20th, against his unlawful cease of the government. Our brothers and sisters from a small village to the big cities and capital have been risking their lives to restore human dignity, which we Diasporas in the Northern California and elsewhere take for granted. Although, our options to help the cause for peace and democracy in Nepal is limited, we can show our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Nepal with the available means; protesting against Gyanendra and supporting democracy and peace is one of the few options we can exercise here in America. Therefore, on February 1st 2006 , on the first anniversary (The black day) of the coup, we will be protesting in front of the U.N. plaza building in San Francisco (the birth city of the U.N.) . Please Come join us and let the freedom fighters in Nepal know that we are with them in their struggle for peace and democracy.

भाइ मारेको आरोपमा भोजपुर, तिम्मा-७ का जुद्ध सुन्दासको हत्या गर्ने जिल्ला सदस्य हेमन्त खम्बूलाई माओवादीले ‘निलम्बन’ गरेको छ । स्थानीय माओवादी नेता शिशिरका अनुसार, सो घटनामा हेमन्तको गल्ती ठहरिएकोले उनलाई निलम्बन गरिएको हो ।

I think the nepalese people should stop fighting each other and and come to a point of consensus. We say we need a republic but will that republic hold out againt the encroaching intent of the southern block. It is time not to think about republican setup but a time to think about the continuity of Nepal as a nation. I think the palace is last remaining strong root where the Nepal can find soverienity and stop foreign intervention. I think some of the ideas for economic reform and trade oppertunities are good. I think any government that is able to provide economic prosperity will survive i.e. china. I think its time to stop fighting amongst each other and start building the economy. At this rate the country is doomed for falure.
