फोटो ब्लगः बन्द र निर्वाचनका उम्मेदवार
सरकारले सुरक्षा दिन्छु भनेर भने पनि विश्वास नगरेकाले सात दलको आह्वानमा बिहीबार भएको नेपाल बन्दका क्रममा सिंहदरबारअगाडिको सडक सुनसान भयो।
भिडियो ब्लगमा बढी ध्यान दिन थालेपछि फोटो ब्लगमा कम ध्यान गइरहेको छ। वास्तवमा फोटो ब्लग गर्दा छुट्टै मजा छ। आज त्यही धोको पूरा गर्नका लागि भिडियो ब्लगलाई भोलिसम्मका लागि स्थगित गरेर आजका २१ वटा फोटोहरुका साथ आएको छु। भिडियो ब्लग पनि धेरै छन्- उम्मेदवारको मनोनयन दर्ता गराउनेको भीड, केही मेयर पदका उम्मेदवारहरुको अन्तर्वार्ता, रुबिन गन्धर्वका गीत र चर्का नारा अनि भाषण। भोलिदेखि बिस्तारै त्यसलाई अपलोड गर्न थाल्नेछु। आज भने दिनभर खिचेका फोटोहरुबाट यो फोटो ब्लग। बाँकी
नयाँ बानेश्वरबाट माइतिघर जाने व्यस्त बाटो पनि आज त सुनसान नै।
लोकतन्त्रवादी बाल गायक जुलुससित हिँडेर थाकेका कारण सडकमा सुस्ताउँदै।
नयाँ बानेश्वरमा भएको कोणसभामा सम्बोधन गर्दै नेविसंघका नेता।
रुबिन गन्धर्व आन्दोलनकारीहरुलाई आफ्ना लोकतान्त्रिक गीत सुनाएर मनोरञ्जन गराउँदै।
नयाँ बानेश्वरमा कोणसभापछि चर्का नाराका साथ बबरमहलतर्फ लागेको जुलुस माइतिघरमा निषेधित क्षेत्र तोड्ला भन्ने डरले सुरक्षा घेरा बनाउँदै।
त्यहाँ जनपद र सशस्त्रका थुप्रै सुरक्षाकर्मी तैनाथ थिए। आन्दोलनकारी र सुरक्षाकर्मीको संख्या झण्डै बराबर नै थियो।
भीडले भने निषेधित क्षेत्र तोड्नतर्फ नलागिकन फेरि अर्को कोणसभा गर्न थाल्यो।
त्यसपछि म त्यहाँबाट राष्ट्रिय सभागृहतर्फ लागेँ। त्यहाँ नगर निर्वाचनका लागि उम्मेदवारी मनोनयन पत्र दर्ता गराउने कार्यक्रम थियो। तर पूरै प्रदर्शनी मार्गभरी नै पत्रकार र उम्मेदवारबाहेक कसैलाई जान नदिइएको रहेछ। पत्रकारहरुलाई सभागृहभित्र जाने अनुमति पनि थिएन। त्यसैले बाहिरबाटै फोटो खिच्नुको विकल्प थिएन।
पछि त प्रहरीहरुले गेटनजिकै पनि नबस भन्दै पत्रकारहरुलाई धपाए।
धपाइनुअगाडि गेटैबाट खिचिहालौं न भनी एउटा फोटो खिचेँ।
त्यहाँ सुरक्षा व्यवस्था निकै कडा थियो।
एकछिनपछि हामीलाई भित्र जान दिइयो। भित्र त निकै भीड पो रहेछ उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गर्न आउनेहरुको। यो फोटोमा चाहिँ मानिसहरु मतदाता सूचिमा आफ्नो नाम छ कि छैन हेरिरहेका हुन्। उम्मेदवार हुनका लागि सम्बन्धित वडामा मतदाता सूचिमा नाम हुनुपर्ने रहेछ। वडा अध्यक्षका लागि दुई वटा फोटो र २०० रुपैया दस्तुर लाग्ने रहेछ भने मेयर, उपमेयरका लागि ५०० रुपैया लाग्ने रहेछ।
यी महाशय हुन् राजाराम श्रेष्ठ। काठमाडौं महानगरपालिकामा राप्रपा (कथा) अर्थात् गमला चुनाव चिह्नवाला कमल थापा समूहका तर्फबाट मेयर पदका उम्मेदवार।
यी अर्का मेयर पदका दावेदार हुन्- रामकृष्ण नापितकृष्णलाल नापित हो क्यारे नाम चाहिँ। उनी सोसलिस्ट हो कि खै के हो पार्टीका रे। त्यो पार्टीले यही एउटा मात्र मेयर पदमा उम्मेदवार उठाएको रे। मान्यताप्राप्त दलका एउटैले उम्मेदवारी नदिएपछि रजाइँ यस्तै भूइँफुट्टा पार्टीहरुको त हो नि !
यी महिला पनि मेयर पदका नै प्रत्यासी हुन् क्यारे।
तलका केही फोटो चाहिँ उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गराउनका लागि भएको भीडको हो। ५ बजेसम्म दर्ता गर्नुपर्ने भए पनि ५३० सम्म पनि दर्ता भइरहेको थियो।

These candiadates are really happy for the insurance made by government. They thinking even they died they will get money and if they won the election and save they will collect more money from “NagarPalika” BiChara 4-5 Lakh ka “Manche Haru” We can not save your life from Society. Umesh-Dai, Happy Birthday first! But what I didn’t like the idea of Gyaen is that the photo blog shouldn’t be payable. The idea of blog is to provide the free acess to the people. Even the blog site like KEVIN’s blog are free inlcuding video.

Umesh ji, tyo mayor post ma uthne bhaneko mahila , mayor ma haina deputy mayor ma utheko ho. her name is shailaja pandey. she is television artist. i think i have seen her in “hijo aaj ka kura” tele serial and even in “catmando” serial, if i am not wrong?
