भोलि राजाको सम्बोधनमा के आउला ?
राजाले आफूले शासन सत्ता हातमा लिएको एक वर्ष पुगेको दिन भोलि बिहान ९ बजे विशेष सम्बोधन गर्ने समाचार सार्वजनिक भएपछि अनुमानको बजार तातिएको छ। कतिले अनुमान गरिरहेका छन्, एक वर्षअगाडिको भन्दा कडा कदम चालिन सक्छ। कोही भन्छन्- राजमुकुट नै खतरामा पर्ने भएकाले राजाले केही सम्झौताको बाटो अंगाल्न सक्छन्। के होला त भोलि ?
सम्झौताको बाटो अंगाल्न सक्ने, प्रतिनिधि सभा पुनर्स्थापना हुनसक्ने भन्ने विचारलाई आज देशभर भएका नेता, कार्यकर्ताहरु अनि पत्रकार, मानवअधिकारवादीहरुको व्यापक धरपकडले पनि कमजोर बनाइदिएको छ।
हेरौं, एक वर्षअघिको जस्तै नै भोलिको दिन पनि ऐतिहासिक हुने हो कि ! भोलि माघ १९ को कालो दिनको विरोधमा दिनभर काठमाडौंमा विभिन्न प्रदर्शन हुँदैछ। एक वर्षअघि जस्तै फोन र इन्टरनेट अवरुध्द गरिएन भने म ब्लग जारी राख्ने नै छु। यदि अवरुध्द गरियो भने चाहिँ खुला नगरिएसम्म कुर्नै पर्ने हुन्छ।

राजनीति परिवर्तन हुने संकेत भोली शाही घोषणा
चितवन डट कम माघ १८ मंगलवार ,श्री ५ ज्ञानेन्द्रवाट आफुले सवै राज्य सत्ता कव्जा गरि प्राप्त प्रजातन्त्रको तहसनहस भएको आरोप सातदलले लगाइरहदा भोली वुधवार राजाले ठिक एक वर्षपछि शाही धोषणा गर्ने कुरा राजदरवारले आज एक व्यक्तव्यमा जनाएको छ । राजाले भोली के धोषणा गर्दैछन त्यो प्रतिक्षाको विषय भएता पनि राजाले सातदलद्धारा भन्ने गरिएको निरकुंशतन्त्रको निरन्तरता हुने वा जनसत्ता जनतामा पुन निहित हुने हो त्यो भोली नै थाहा हुने छ । हामीलाई प्राप्त भए अनुसार दरवारले सातदलका नेताहरुलाई समेटेर वहुदलीय सरकारको घोषणा हुन सक्ने पनि अनुमान गरिएको छ ।
दरवार निकट एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकारले विविसी सग कुरा गर्दै भोली हुने घोषणामा राजदरवार तथा दरवारीयाहरु पुन गिरिजा प्रसाद कोइरालाको नेतृत्वमा र्सवदलीय सरकार वनाउने भगिरथ प्रयास गरिरहेको छ । भोलीको घोषणामा स्थानीय निर्वाचनका सवै प्रक्रिया रद्ध गरेर , गिरिजा प्रसाद कोइरलाको प्रधानमन्त्रीत्वमा र्सवदलीय सरकार एक हप्ता भित्र गठन गर्न घोषणा भयो भने अचम्म मान्नुपर्ने केही छैन । तर यसको आधिकारीकता अहिले सम्म सातदलवाट भएको छैन तर दरवारियाहरु खुलेर नै लागिरहेका भने अवस्य नै छन ।हामीलाई प्राप्त समाचारमा जनाइए अनुसार नेकपा एमालेका महासचिव माधव नेपाल तथा जनमोर्चाका अमिक सेरचनसग दरवारका विशेष प्रतिनिधिहरुले गए राती निकै लामो समय गोप्य वार्ता गरेका थिए । यदि श्री ५ वाट स्थानीय निकायका निर्वाचन कार्यक्रमलाई रद्ध गरि र्सवदलिय सरकारको प्रकृयामा शासन सत्ता जनता विच छोड्न राजा तयार भए नेकपा एमालेका माधव नेपाल र अमिक सेरचन सहितले गिरिजा प्रसाद कोइरालाको नेतृत्वमा सरकारमा जाने मनस्थिति देखिएको दरवारिया ति उच्च श्रोतले हामीलाई वताएको छ । हामीले नेकपा एमालेका महासचिव माधव नेपाल सग पटक पटक सर्म्पर्क गर्ने प्रयास गर्दा सर्म्पर्क हुन सकिरहेको छैन । तर उता अमिक शेरचनले भने आफु देशको राजनैतिक निकासका लागि तयार भएको तर दरवारीयाहरु सग नै वार्ता गरेको भन्ने कुरालाई स्विकार्नु भएन ।

He might bring out something to the negotiating table. I’d think he will invite the parties for negotiation as there is no way he can overcome the stagnant situation in the country if the mao-party alliance continues in the country…

I still doubt everything goes well. The Royal Proclaimation would be the continuation of the autocracy. And it won’t be suprising if the King shares so-called progress achieved after the royal move last year. In order to save country as well as monarchy, it is the last oppertunity for the king. It is clear that the ball is in the court of the king and he is one and only political actor responsible to save Nepal from being failed-state. He should go for negotiation with parties as well as maoist. And I strongly believe that constituent Assembly is the demand of time. The country should go for election of the Assembely and let it decide which model to be adopted in the country whether LOKTANTRA with Kng or GANATANTRIK LOKANTRA. Parties should not join the king if this issue is not addressed rather they must intensify “Jana Andolan”.

There is a great possiblities of throwing dry bones in front of kuttas(Seven parties).And we should also not at all surprise if seven parties once more betray the people.It is so, because Gyane on one hand and the sevenparties on the other hand both are paltu kuttas of their master America. I guess they are strongly commanded by their master Dirty yankees to unify and counter the patriotic People of Nepal.

Gyanendra is son of Mahendra and friend of
Mushraff. Knows how to use royal property
for self use, like Mahendra did it by selling
Narayanhiti to Nepal Govt. while continuing to
stay in the same house.
How many of you know that Mahendra was in
Diyalo Banagala in Bharat Pur at the time of
death. I ever got a chance to visit the room
and building where he died. In the previous
night Mahendra’s huge amount of money to swiss
bank was on the way, and Indira Gandhi’s govt.
caught it in India and seized: as undeclared
money. After hearing the bad news, Mahendra
died of heart attack.
So, Royal family and Ranas in RNA wanted this
chance to accumulate public property (through
govt. account) in their name. Can you imagine
that the Sari supplier in Hong Kong, supplies
10s of millions of saris to Nepal every year
paid from tax payer’s money (recent news).
How can you expect such people to leave power
peacefully. It never happens. They are not saint.

It’s an open secret that you are one of the richest persons in Nepal as you own Soaltee, Surya Tobacco, Himalayan Tea estate and many more. And, you don’t need to pay a single penni to Nepal.
And and, you are the most paid ruler in the world.
So, I beg with you that please donate a part of your personal money to your Bhajan Mandalis like Bharat Keshar singh rather than emptying our national treasurery.
